Orders take 2-3 business days to process and prepare for shipping. All Re;Boxes and faith FACtORY Apparel ship from our shop in the Milwaukee-land area.

We have several carriers/services available for shipping. Detailed rates and their estimated arrival times are available via the checkout page based on your location and total weight of package for the most accurate and cost-effective options. Our most popular services and general timeframes are listed below.

• "USPS Ground": 5-7 business days

• “UPS Ground”: 3-5 business days

• “USPS Priority” to: Midwest: 1-3 days, Northeast: 2-4 days, South: 2-4 days, West: 5-7 days.

• "USPS Express": 1-3 business days

• “UPS Next Day Air Saver” will arrive on the next scheduled business delivery day.

• For international orders or shipping outside the 48 contiguous states, please refer to this map for estimates on shipping costs.

All orders must be paid in full prior to fulfillment or processing. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Shipping rates are calculated based on box/package size/weight and delivery location at the time of checkout. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to restrictions on the products that can be shipped, delays, import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. RE;Box and faith FACtORY are not liable for any above-mentioned restrictions or fees.

RETURNS

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Personalized items are not available for return or exchange unless there is damage to the product or incorrect customization.
